Refund policy
While I hope you are happy with your purchases from the store, I understand that sometimes things need to be returned or an order has to be cancelled. If you cancel the order before I have shipped the product, there will be a 10% cancellation fee as Shopify does not refund me your full purchase. If you receive your order and there is an issue with any of your items, please reach out and I will try my best to make it right. I do not offer any refunds on items that have been delivered after 30 days of them being in your possession.
All my products are ready to stand up to normal use, not wanton abuse, on-set.
