First Cut Film Festival Lithophanes

About a month ago the creators of a local film festival contacted me about doing some work for their VIP bags.  They wanted a lithophane of the festival logo.  I was happy to help- while I don't usually do lithos this was a fun challenge for me, especially with the dark colors.  

Most lithophanes are done in white, going red and black meant I had to do a lot of dialing in to be able to resolve the image correctly.  After tackling that, I designed a custom stand with a spot for a small LED tealight.

We met and they liked it!  It was time for me to get to printing, they needed 75 of them.  This was a great way to test my systems and make sure I could make a consistent product in larger quantities than I had up to this point.
